Why does HERE want to know my location?
With your permission, HERE will try to find your location to show you info that’s more meaningful to you.
HERE will put a green dot on the map to show your location.
You can also Explore near your location to see nearby places on the map.
HERE doesn’t store, save, send, or process your location info in any other way. To find out more, check out the Nokia Privacy Policy.

Someone has added my private info to the map. What can I do to remove it?
If your private info appears on a place on HERE, you can report it to have it removed.
Search for the place and click on the name to see the place page. You can then click Report this place.
We’ll investigate and remove the place from the map if necessary. It could take up to 2 weeks to do this, so please be patient.

I see something on the map at street level view that shouldn't be visible. What can I do about it?
If you find an image that you think violates your or another’s privacy, or is of poor quality, you can send us a report.
While in street-level view:
- Click Report image in the lower left-hand corner of the map.
- Choose Privacy concern or Image quality.
- Choose the type of problem you see.
- Add a note to describe further what you see, if you wish.

We’ll look into the problem and do all we can to solve it within two weeks.
