Yaxon Connect and HERE collaborate to fuel global growth of China’s commercial vehicle industry

This collaboration sees both companies working on an overseas navigation system for new energy commercial vehicles. By integrating HERE’s high-precision live maps with Yaxon Connect’s V2X and intelligent cabin technologies, the solution enables intelligent driving features like Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). These features help drivers adhere to local speed limits and enhance safety in line with traffic regulations across regions including the European Union, South Africa, Australia, Mexico and parts of South America.
Together, Yaxon Connect and HERE are creating intelligent navigation systems tailored to the evolving trends in the commercial vehicle market, where there is growing demand for advanced driving technologies that are crucial for enhancing vehicle safety, efficiency, and performance, reflecting broader industry shifts toward more intelligent and capable commercial transportation solutions. By combining the HERE Software Development Kit (SDK) with Yaxon Connect’s systems, these solutions deliver a unified connected map platform offering end-to-end solutions, providing a smarter driving experience for commercial vehicles.
