HERE welcomes new talent across the board

HERE welcomes new talent across the board

Today, we welcome our two newest ‘recruits’ to the HERE team. Uri Levine and Rudi Lamprecht will support our mission as non-executive directors on the new Supervisory Board of HERE.

Many of you know Uri as the co-founder and former president of Waze, which was acquired by Google in 2013. Uri is an entrepreneur and a business mentor, supporting companies – including his own ventures – that develop applications to help people save time and money.

Rudi is a member of the board of Fujitsu Technology Solutions and serves as chairman at companies including Duagon, the Switzerland-based maker of train control and communication components. Formerly also a board member at Siemens, he brings the benefits of his long experience in the technology and telecommunications sector.

HERE will benefit hugely from Uri and Rudi’s counsel as we move forward. They join representatives from our three shareholders – Audi, BMW and Daimler – on the new Supervisory Board of HERE.

We are strengthening more than the board, however. Spearheaded by our new Chief HR Officer Kelley Steven-Waiss, we’re on a big drive to bring in even more talent at many levels to support our worldwide innovation and growth plans.

I know that thousands of HERE 360 readers share our passion for all things location. And my guess is some of you would be a good fit for the HERE team.

If we’re like-minded, take a look at our company website for more information.

The people of HERE are helping to redefine mobility, and there are a variety of roles coming online in fields ranging from data analytics and automated driving to application development.
